Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during all phases of flight.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs and ensuring their comfort.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, emergency equipment, and supplies.
- Perform safety demonstrations and provide clear instructions to passengers regarding emergency procedures.
- Serve food, beverages, and other amenities with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage and resolve passenger conflicts, concerns, or requests efficiently and calmly.
- Administer first aid to passengers requiring medical attention and assist in medical emergencies.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and security protocols.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately after each flight.
- Work collaboratively with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
