Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with subfloor prep (cleaning, leveling).
- Safely use hand and power tools for flooring.
- Cut, measure, and lay out various flooring materials.
- Transport and organize materials and tools.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas; proper tool storage.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Support demolition of existing flooring.
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
- Exhibit positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina; lift 50 lbs; stand/kneel.
- Basic measurements; follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior construction/general labour experience.
- Valid G driver's license.
