As a Flyer Distributor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of promotional materials, brochures, and flyers to residential and commercial areas on foot. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials to designated residential and commercial areas on foot.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules meticulously to ensure comprehensive coverage and timely delivery.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing Hiring.zycto in the community.
- Accurately record and report completed routes and any distribution challenges or issues encountered.
- Ensure all materials are distributed neatly and appropriately, adhering to local regulations and property guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding route progress, feedback, and any logistical concerns.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices while working outdoors.
- Manage and organize distribution materials provided, ensuring correct quantities for each route.
Required Skills
- Ability to walk for extended periods, carrying distribution materials (up to 10-15 lbs).
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of basic navigation and map reading.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, sun, moderate cold).
