Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables, stocking condiments, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist guests with seating, provide water, and distribute menus efficiently and courteously.
- Support servers and bartenders by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering food and beverage items as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house spaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Handle dishwashing and glassware cleaning, ensuring all items meet sanitation standards.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for banquets or special functions.
Required Skills
