Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
- Support servers and bartenders by clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, kitchen areas, and storage spaces.
- Ensure adequate stocking of supplies, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and condiments.
- Greet guests warmly and respond to their inquiries and requests in a polite and efficient manner.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as portioning and garnishing, under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
