Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, following established service standards.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness of all dining and kitchen areas.
- Restock inventory for beverages, condiments, and service ware as needed.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and address any immediate concerns.
- Support senior staff with event preparation and execution, ensuring seamless service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
