Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and general inquiries.
- Support servers and other staff by delivering food and beverages to tables, refilling drinks, and clearing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and storage rooms.
- Restock inventory for beverages, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through helpfulness and collaboration.
