Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness in all food and beverage service areas.
- Restock inventory such as silverware, glasses, napkins, and condiments as required.
- Support senior staff in daily operations, learning best practices in guest service and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with grace, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation and constructive communication.
