Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations, adhering to established standards.
- Support servers and bartenders by delivering food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and storage rooms throughout shifts.
- Replenish supplies such as cutlery, glassware, condiments, and linens as needed, anticipating guest and staff requirements.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as portioning, garnishing, and plating.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards, as well as company operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment for guests.
Required Skills
