Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas by setting up tables, condiments, and service stations according to established standards.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food items, beverages, and snacks following health and hygiene protocols.
- Clear and clean tables efficiently, ensuring all dishes, cutlery, and glassware are promptly sent for washing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas, including kitchen, dining spaces, and storage, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Replenish food items, beverages, and supplies as needed to ensure continuous service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and respectful customer service, responding to guest inquiries and needs with a positive attitude.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking deliveries, and reporting low stock levels.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth and harmonious service.
