Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area, including stocking condiments, utensils, and linens.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, ensuring all tables, chairs, and floors are spotless.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Handle payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
