Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food service areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage areas.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Stock and replenish serving stations, condiments, and supplies as needed.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons, addressing inquiries politely.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, if applicable.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing and glove usage.
- Assist with dishwashing, pot washing, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
