Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified forklift operators in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Help organize and stack materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Hand-pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform manual lifting and carrying of various items as required, up to 50 lbs.
- Conduct routine checks of warehouse equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by tidying up spills and debris.
- Follow all safety protocols, company guidelines, and operational procedures meticulously.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Support inventory counts and stock rotation activities as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with general labour duties to support overall warehouse efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling principles.
