Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with all aspects of foundation repair projects, including site preparation, excavation, and material handling.
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Mix and pour concrete, grout, and other materials according to specifications.
- Perform manual labor, including digging, shoveling, and moving heavy materials.
- Load and unload trucks with equipment and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in on-the-job training sessions and skill development.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Protect existing landscaping and property features during excavation and repair work.
