Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead technicians with all aspects of foundation repair projects, including site preparation, excavation, and material handling.
  • Operate and maintain various hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Mix and pour concrete, grout, and other materials according to specifications.
  • Perform manual labor, including digging, shoveling, and moving heavy materials.
  • Load and unload trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
  • Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in on-the-job training sessions and skill development.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Protect existing landscaping and property features during excavation and repair work.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, bending, kneeling).
