Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages.
- Oversee the main reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meeting rooms, and managing office calendars.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome kits and managing initial paperwork.

Required Skills
