Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining calendars.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
