Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a warm, professional demeanor as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meeting rooms.
- Handle office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
