Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff, directing them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming calls, screen, and forward them to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects our professional standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Handle enquiries and provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a front office, reception, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
