Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls, screen, and forward them to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects our professional standards.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Handle enquiries and provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a front office, reception, or administrative role.
