Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons and other team members with various tasks as needed.
- Perform general labour duties, including moving materials, loading and unloading supplies, and organizing work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the worksite or facility, including sweeping, clearing debris, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to a supervisor promptly.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Ensure equipment and tools are kept clean and in good working condition.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and maintain efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
