Job Description
Hiring.zycto is actively searching for diligent and dependable General Labor – Packaging Associates to join our thriving team in Uptown, Whittier. This pivotal full-time role offers both day and night shifts, providing flexibility while ensuring our production goals are met around the clock. As a Packaging Associate, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing and distribution process, directly contributing to the quality and timely delivery of our products.
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks centered around product packaging, ensuring that all items are prepared for shipment according to stringent quality standards and client specifications. This includes sorting, inspecting, labeling, and carefully packing finished goods into appropriate containers. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be verifying product counts, identifying any defects, and ensuring packaging integrity before items leave our facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging of products according to company standards and client specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure correct labeling.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production area.
- Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and quality control checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and safety procedures.
