Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers and tradespeople with various tasks on site.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Perform general site clean-up, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Prepare work areas by setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety (training will be provided).
