Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons and other team members with various tasks as directed.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including job sites and warehouses, to ensure a safe environment.
- Perform basic site preparation and clean-up duties, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision, after receiving appropriate training.
- Follow all company safety procedures, protocols, and regulations meticulously to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from various work areas on site.
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures or equipment.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
- Support logistics and material handling operations as required to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., up to 50 lbs) regularly and safely.
