Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of building systems and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs.
- Execute minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across various disciplines (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC filter changes).
- Assist skilled tradespersons and senior technicians with more complex maintenance projects and installations.
- Conduct general upkeep of properties, including light cleaning, grounds maintenance, and waste management as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues, reporting complex problems to supervisors.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, completed work orders, and equipment service logs.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, reporting needs to the supervisor.
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
