Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring seamless execution across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, addressing feedback proactively to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee facility maintenance, renovations, and upgrades to maintain property standards and guest comfort.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role.
