Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various glass processing machinery (e.g., cutting, grinding, polishing, drilling equipment).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine specifications for glass products.
- Cut, shape, and finish glass to exact dimensions and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality control guidelines.
- Handle large and fragile glass sheets with extreme care and precision.
- Load and unload glass onto production lines, racks, and delivery vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Glass Worker or in a similar manufacturing/production role.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and blueprints accurately.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
