Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating visual content for digital, print, and branding projects.
- Prepare design files for various outputs (web, print, social media) ensuring quality and specifications.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor visuals, and industry best practices.
- Support in selecting appropriate imagery, typography, and color palettes.
- Format and layout design elements according to brand guidelines.
- Assist with photo editing, retouching, and graphic manipulation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
- Organize and manage design assets, files, and libraries.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Proofread designs for errors before final delivery.
- Learn and apply feedback from senior designers and clients.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Foundational understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
