Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior designers in creating visual content for digital, print, and branding projects.
  • Prepare design files for various outputs (web, print, social media) ensuring quality and specifications.
  • Conduct research on design trends, competitor visuals, and industry best practices.
  • Support in selecting appropriate imagery, typography, and color palettes.
  • Format and layout design elements according to brand guidelines.
  • Assist with photo editing, retouching, and graphic manipulation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
  • Organize and manage design assets, files, and libraries.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Proofread designs for errors before final delivery.
  • Learn and apply feedback from senior designers and clients.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Foundational understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal)
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
