Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in the creation of visual content for web, print, and social media platforms.
- Develop and prepare design assets such as illustrations, icons, infographics, and layouts based on established brand guidelines.
- Perform image retouching, colour correction, and formatting to ensure high-quality output.
- Support the team in preparing final files for production, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and visual inspiration.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring easy accessibility for the design team.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development.
- Provide administrative support to the design department as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- A portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills and creative potential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
