Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, transplanting, pruning, watering, and harvesting.
  • Monitor plant health, identify any signs of pests, diseases, or deficiencies, and report findings to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse facilities, including pathways, growing areas, and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain basic greenhouse equipment, such as irrigation systems, ventilation controls, and hand tools.
  • Assist with the preparation and packaging of harvested produce for distribution and shipment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Perform general labor tasks as required to support overall greenhouse operations.
