Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Water plants, shrubs, and trees as needed, ensuring optimal hydration and health.
- Weed and cultivate garden beds, maintaining a neat and tidy appearance.
- Assist with the planting of flowers, shrubs, and small trees according to seasonal plans.
- Remove litter, debris, and fallen leaves from pathways, lawns, and common areas.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or property maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support senior groundskeepers and team members on larger projects and specialized tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
