Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and overall management of the gym facility, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Oversee member check-ins, provide exceptional customer service, and address member inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of gym staff, including front desk personnel and fitness instructors.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of all gym equipment and common areas.
- Assist in developing and implementing membership sales strategies and retention programs.
- Monitor inventory levels for gym supplies and retail products, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Help organize and promote fitness events, classes, and personal training programs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, report generation, and basic payroll assistance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all members and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, gym management software familiarity a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
