As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital strategy, from conception to execution. This includes SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, display advertising, and analytics. You will not only manage and mentor a talented team of digital specialists but also foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Content, Email) for a diverse client portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget adherence.
- Act as a senior client contact, building strong relationships, presenting strategies, and reporting on performance with insightful analysis.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into agency offerings and client strategies.
- Drive innovation in digital solutions, identifying new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage for both clients and the agency.
- Manage the digital department's P&L, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an agency setting.
- Demonstrable expertise across all key digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Social Media (paid & organic), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Display/Programmatic.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven digital strategies that achieved measurable client results.
- Exceptional client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing digital talent.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) principles, and A/B testing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
