Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of People to strategically lead our human resources function. Working closely with our executive team, you will design and oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits, and professional development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of translating high-level vision into actionable HR programs and policies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports Hiring.zycto's business objectives and remote-first culture.
- Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, including employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding processes for a global remote workforce.
- Design and manage robust performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and professional development programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and belonging culture across all remote teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions where employees are located.
- Implement and manage HR technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess program effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, creating a positive and productive remote work environment.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Head of HR, VP of People, etc.).
- Proven experience building and scaling HR functions in a remote-first or highly distributed company.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR programs, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and DEI.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- HR certifications (e.g., CHRL, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- Experience with global HR operations and managing employees across different time zones.
