Key Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hiring.zycto's technology products.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Drive product discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and specification to development, launch, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Establish and monitor key product metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and achieve business goals.
- Act as a principal evangelist for the product, both internally and externally, communicating value propositions and strategic direction effectively.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Product, VP Product).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development processes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in market analysis, user research, and data-driven product decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working in a rapidly growing tech startup or scale-up environment.
