Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market intelligence strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of research analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of primary and secondary market research projects.
- Identify key market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in market research, strategic intelligence, or a related analytical field.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role, leading research teams.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
