Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a visionary and highly analytical Head of Research – Market Intelligence to lead our strategic insights function. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market intelligence strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of research analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of primary and secondary market research projects.
  • Identify key market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Executive Leadership) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Manage relationships with external research vendors and partners, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain robust market data sources, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytical techniques and tools to enhance research capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on key market performance indicators and competitive benchmarks.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in market research, strategic intelligence, or a related analytical field.
  • 5+ years in a leadership or management role, leading research teams.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with market research tools, statistical software, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
