Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with medication reminders and simple wound care as directed by a supervising nurse.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are observed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities.
- Accurately document care provided and observations in client records.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive client care.
