Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions for various applications and systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and relevant technical information accurately in the help desk ticketing system.
- Escalate complex IT issues to senior technicians or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, tracking assets, and performing routine system checks.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees by setting up and dismantling IT equipment.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
