Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve common technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Assist users with account setups, password resets, and access management.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and improve support processes.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
