Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and feeding.
- Administer medication reminders as needed.
- Assist clients with transfers and ambulation using appropriate equipment.
- Accompany clients to appointments and on errands.
- Observe and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the care supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Document care provided and client's status accurately.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
