Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and feeding.
  • Administer medication reminders as needed.
  • Assist clients with transfers and ambulation using appropriate equipment.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and on errands.
  • Observe and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the care supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and client's status accurately.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
