Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are observed.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, using proper body mechanics.
- Run errands and provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, or social engagements.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or cognitive status to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and client observations.
