Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional first and last impressions.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about services, local attractions, and directions.
- Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, lobbies, and guest facilities.
- Prepare and set up rooms or venues for events, meetings, or dining services.
- Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring timely and courteous delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing accurate and helpful responses.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Preferred Qualifications
