Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform event setup and breakdown duties, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests or issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the event duration.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, catering teams, and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies and equipment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event services
- Current Arizona Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one upon hire
- Knowledge of basic serving etiquette and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
