Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Support front desk and concierge teams by assisting guests with luggage, directions, and general inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and set up various rooms and areas for events, meetings, or dining services, including arranging furniture, setting tables, and restocking supplies.
- Handle and deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently, such as extra amenities, towels, or other necessities.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including organizing supplies, sorting mail, and maintaining accurate records as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for essential supplies and report needs to management to prevent shortages.
- Respond to and resolve minor guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating complex issues to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
