Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries, providing information about services and local attractions.
  • Support the Front Desk team with check-ins, check-outs, and reservation assistance during peak times.
  • Assist the Housekeeping department with preparing rooms for new arrivals, including stocking supplies and light cleaning duties as needed.
  • Facilitate guest requests efficiently, such as delivering amenities, luggage assistance, or coordinating transportation.
  • Monitor public areas for cleanliness and organization, performing light cleaning and tidying to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Address and resolve minor guest issues or complaints promptly and courteously, escalating complex situations to management.
  • Support Food & Beverage operations by assisting with setup, clear-down, and service for events or dining areas.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of facility services, operating hours, and local points of interest.
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
