Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guest flow efficiently using a digital reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with initial seating arrangements.
- Maintain a tidy and organized host stand and reception area at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing information and handling reservation inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff regarding table availability and special guest requests.
- Assist with light cleaning duties to ensure the dining area remains pristine.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism and grace, escalating when necessary.
