Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, assisting the Hostess with seating.
- Present menus and inform guests of daily specials, guiding them to their tables efficiently.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, clearing empty dishes, and pre-bussing tables.
- Set and reset tables meticulously to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Support the serving staff with various tasks to ensure seamless service flow.
- Learn and memorize menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer basic guest questions.
- Communicate effectively with hosts, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure a coordinated team effort.
- Assist with taking reservations and managing waitlists during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
