Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and fresh linens.
- Clean public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste and trash to designated disposal areas.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to lost and found items.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, as needed.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
