Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
- Sanitize bathrooms, replenishing toiletries and linens.
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and cleaning carts.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Assist with laundry duties when required.
