Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-ins and check-outs.
  • Answer guest inquiries, provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, courteously, and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel's property management system.
  • Manage cash, credit card, and other payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling and other requests as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and offer personalized service.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both French and English.
  • A genuinely friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy towards guest needs.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new software.
