Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels meticulously.
- Restock in-room amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and promotional materials.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and floors.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain an organized and clean supply cart and storage areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
