We understand that you might be new to the field, which is why comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this critical position.

Your primary focus will be to balance the day’s financial transactions, process guest check-ins and check-outs, and gracefully handle any late-night inquiries or unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency. Beyond the numbers, you’ll be the comforting and reassuring presence for our guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a peaceful stay while they rest. This isn’t just a desk job; it’s a pivotal support role that contributes directly to our hotel’s reputation for excellence, security, and overall guest comfort. You’ll gain invaluable experience operating our property management system (PMS), understanding various payment methods, and developing robust problem-solving skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.

We are actively seeking someone who is inherently reliable, possesses a keen eye for detail, and demonstrates a genuine desire to learn and grow within the dynamic hospitality sector. You’ll be responsible for diligently preparing daily reports, accurately auditing guest accounts, and ensuring all departmental reports are precise and distributed correctly for the morning shift. This includes reconciling daily revenue, posting room and tax charges, and running backup systems. The position demands a strong commitment to working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the hotel never sleeps and requires constant vigilance. If you’re a night owl by nature, thrive in a structured yet engaging environment, and are excited about a career path where every day presents a new opportunity to learn and excel, this role is perfectly tailored for you. Join Hiring.zycto and embark on a rewarding career journey with a team that values your potential and actively invests in your professional development, paving the way for future advancements within our growing organization.
